 Dr. Vincent Lee is a board-certified family medicine physician and founder of Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC in Paragould, Arkansas. He provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education. 

 Raised in Forrest City and deeply rooted in Northeast Arkansas, Dr. Lee is committed to improving the health of his community through accessible, personalized, and evidence-based care. 

 In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Lee serves as the County Health Officer for Greene County, providing leadership in public health initiatives, emergency preparedness, and community outreach. He is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Arkansas Medical Society. 

 Dr. Lee has completed advanced training in Adult Behavioral Health in Primary Care and Practical Behavior Management in Pediatric Primary Care through The REACH Institute. This training supports evidence-based diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use disorders, and related conditions within the primary care setting. 

 Before founding Carriage Hill Family Care, Dr. Lee co-owned and directed Paragould Family Care and contributed to advanced wound care services at St. Bernards Wound Healing Center. His broad clinical experience, leadership roles, and patient-centered approach have established him as a trusted healthcare provider in the region. 

   Cecil Massey, MSN, FNP, APRN

 Cecil Massey brings more than two decades of nursing and advanced practice experience to Carriage Hill Family Care, where he has been a provider since the clinic opened on March 1, 2022. 

 A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Massey served from 1985 to 1991, including active duty during Operation Desert Storm. His military service fostered a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and dedication to service that continues to guide his approach to patient care. 

 In addition to providing comprehensive primary care, Mr. Massey is a certified DOT Medical Examiner and performs Department of Transportation physical examinations for commercial drivers. He also has extensive experience managing workers' compensation cases, including injury evaluation, treatment coordination, and return-to-work planning. 

 He is a member of the American Nurses Association, Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association, Sigma Theta Tau, and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Mr. Massey's broad clinical expertise and commitment to patient-centered care play an essential role in advancing the mission of Carriage Hill Family Care. 

   Teresa Gonzalez, MSN, FNP, APRN

 Teresa Gonzalez has been a valued member of Carriage Hill Family Care since its founding on March 1, 2022. With a nursing career that began in 1987, she brings decades of clinical experience and leadership to the practice. 

 She previously served in multiple roles at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, including intensive care, ER, medical-surgical nursing, and as a House Supervisor. This diverse background provides a strong foundation for advanced practice and comprehensive patient care. 

 Ms. Gonzalez has extensive experience in women's health and family health, caring for patients across the lifespan with an emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and compassionate support for individuals and families. 

 She is an active member of the Arkansas Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association and is committed to ongoing professional development and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. 

   Latoya Coward, MSN, FNP, APRN

 Latoya Coward has more than a decade of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive care to both pediatric and adult patients. She has extensive experience caring for children and genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with pediatric patients and their families. 

 Her clinical interests include preventive care, management of acute and chronic conditions, and supporting healthy growth and development across all stages of life. She is known for her approachable style and ability to put children and parents at ease during visits. 

 Ms. Coward is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. 

 A Paragould resident since 2012, she is deeply involved in the local community and previously served as President of the Junior Auxiliary of Paragould. She remains an active lifetime member. 

 Ms. Coward has been part of Carriage Hill Family Care since its founding in March 2022 and plays a key role in shaping the practice through her clinical expertise and strong community connections.

 Ms. Willmer has extensive experience caring for pediatric patients and genuinely enjoys seeing children, as well as caring for entire families. She is known for creating a welcoming, supportive environment that helps children and parents feel comfortable and confident in their care. 

 Her clinical interests include preventive care, management of acute and chronic conditions, and supporting healthy growth and development from childhood through adulthood.

   Allyssa Beall, MSN, FNP, APRN

 Allyssa Beall joined Carriage Hill Family Care on November 1, 2022. She brings a strong clinical foundation from five years of intensive care unit nursing, followed by experience in urgent care and family medicine in Paragould, Arkansas. 

 Her background in critical care supports confident management of acute and complex medical conditions, while her family medicine experience allows her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across a wide range of health needs. 

 In addition to primary care services, Ms. Beall is certified in Botox Cosmetic and offers aesthetic treatments with careful attention to safety, detail, and overall wellness.

 Sara Diane Underwood joined Carriage Hill Family Care on October 16, 2023. She brings more than a decade of nursing experience, including work in intensive care and gastrointestinal lab settings, providing a strong clinical foundation for advanced practice. 

 Her academic path reflects a commitment to lifelong learning, progressing from practical nursing to registered nursing and ultimately earning a Master of Nursing Science in Family Practice in 2021, graduating with honors. 

 Ms. Underwood places strong emphasis on family-centered care, providing comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan. As a Certified Nurse Educator, she values patient and family education as a cornerstone of preventive care and chronic disease management. 

 She is dedicated to building long-term relationships with individuals and families and is committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centered care to the community. 

 Ms. Underwood is an active member of Phi Theta Kappa and the Arkansas Nurse Practitioners Association and remains committed to professional growth and excellence in family medicine.

 Laura Needham-Puckett joined Carriage Hill Family Care in February 2024 and brings more than 20 years of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Her work is grounded in advanced clinical training and nationally recognized credentials. 

 She supports individuals and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including life transitions such as starting college, divorce, and caregiver stress; parenting challenges including postpartum mood concerns, adolescent relationships, and behavioral issues in young children; and mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other moderate to severe concerns. 

 As a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, Ms. Needham-Puckett uses both non-directive and structured play therapy techniques when working with children, with active parent involvement encouraged. She is certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and integrates person-centered, Adlerian, and cognitive behavioral approaches based on each patient's needs. 

 Her background as a Licensed Psychological Examiner allows for close collaboration with medical providers, supporting a coordinated and comprehensive approach to mental health care. Ms. Needham-Puckett is a valued member of the Carriage Hill Family Care team and is known for providing thoughtful, compassionate, and individualized support to every patient.
