Dr. Vincent Lee, MD, DABFM

Dr. Vincent Lee, a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician, is dedicated to serving the Northeast Arkansas community. As the founder of Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC in Paragould, AR, since March 1, 2022, Dr. Lee is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for individuals of all ages. He emphasizes preventative care, regular health checkups, and guiding patients towards healthier lifestyles.

Dr. Lee is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Arkansas Medical Society. His dedication to healthcare extends beyond his practice as he serves as the County Health Officer for Greene County, advocating for public health through policy initiatives, health education, emergency preparedness, and response planning.

Before founding Carriage Hill Family Care, Dr. Lee co-owned and directed Paragould Family Care, P.A., where he was recognized for his leadership in patient care and clinic management. He also made significant contributions to wound care as a member of the Advanced Wound Management Team at St. Bernards Wound Healing Center, demonstrating his expertise in both acute and chronic wound management.

Raised in Forrest City and maintaining strong family ties in the area, Dr. Lee's roots in Northeast Arkansas drive his unwavering commitment to the health and wellness of the community. His extensive professional journey, marked by significant achievements and dedication to medical excellence, positions him as a leading figure in family medicine in the region.




Cecil Massey, MSN, FNP, APRN

Cecil Massey, MSN, FNP, APRN, is a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in healthcare. As a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, his dedication to nursing excellence is evident.

Proudly serving in the United States Navy from 1985 to 1991, including a support role in Operation Desert Storm, Mr. Massey's commitment to service extends beyond the healthcare field. His military experience has instilled a deep sense of discipline and devotion, which he brings to his nursing practice.

Playing a pivotal role in the establishment of Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC, Mr. Massey's extensive experience in nursing, surgery, and patient care has been instrumental since its opening on March 1, 2022. His approach to healthcare is characterized by a deep commitment to providing personalized and comprehensive care. Teresa Gonzalez, MSN, FNP, APRN, is an accomplished Family Nurse Practitioner with an extensive nursing background that began in 1987. Her professional journey includes significant roles as a staff nurse and nursing coordinator, showcasing her versatility and commitment to nursing excellence. 

During her tenure at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center from 2003 to June 2010, Mrs. Gonzalez excelled in various capacities, including House Supervisor and roles in the ICU, Emergency Room, and Medical/Surgical Unit. Her diverse clinical experience provides a solid foundation for her advanced nursing practice.

As an active member of the Arkansas Nurses Association (ARNA) and the American Nurses Association, her involvement in the nursing community is marked by continuous learning and professional development.

Joining Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC from its inception on March 1, 2022, Teresa Gonzalez has been a cornerstone in establishing the practice. Her depth of experience, coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care, makes her a vital part of our team. Latoya Coward, MSN, FNP, APRN, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in pediatrics and family practice. Her expertise in managing a broad spectrum of chronic and acute conditions, coupled with her commitment to preventive wellness across all age groups, makes her an invaluable asset to Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC.

As a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Mrs. Coward's dedication to delivering quality healthcare is evident in her professional achievements and her approach to patient care.

A long-time resident of Northeast Arkansas, Latoya has been a part of the Paragould community since 2012. Her leadership role as the president of the Junior Auxiliary of Paragould in 2016-2017, and her ongoing commitment as a lifetime member, highlight her deep-rooted connection to and engagement with the local community.

Since the establishment of Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC on March 1, 2022, Latoya Coward has been instrumental in shaping the practice. Allyssa Beall, MSN, FNP, APRN, has a rich background in healthcare, marked by diverse experiences and a commitment to both traditional and aesthetic medicine. Her journey began as an RN in an intensive care unit, where she spent five years honing her skills in critical patient care. She later transitioned to serving as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in an urgent care setting, before moving into family medicine in Paragould, AR, in 2020.

Joining Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC on November 1, 2022, Allyssa has become a key member of our team, bringing with her a blend of clinical expertise, compassion, and a dedication to community involvement. Her proficiency in Botox treatments complements her broad medical skills, reflecting her commitment to comprehensive healthcare that includes both traditional and innovative approaches.

As an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a contributor to local initiatives through the Junior Auxiliary of Paragould, Allyssa's engagement with her community is evident. Sara Diane Underwood, APRN, has a distinguished career in nursing, characterized by a steadfast dedication to healthcare excellence and patient-centered care. Beginning her journey as an LPN in 2011, Diane has accumulated a wealth of experience, including significant roles in ICU and GI Lab settings, primarily at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.

Her academic achievements include an Associate's RN degree earned in 2013, a BSN from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2015, and an MNSc in Family Practice from the same institution in 2021, where she graduated with Honors. As a Certified Nurse Educator and a credentialed Family Nurse Practitioner, Diane embodies a unique blend of clinical expertise and educational prowess.

Diane is an active member of professional societies like Phi Theta Kappa and the Arkansas Nurse Practitioners Association. Specializing in Family Practice, she delivers comprehensive, high-quality care that aligns with the core values of Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC. Diane joined our team on October 16, 2023, bringing her extensive experience and compassionate approach to patient care.

Laura Needham-Puckett, EdS, LPC-S, RPT-S, joined Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC on February 12, 2024. She brings over 20 years of expertise in mental health therapy, providing compassionate care for children, adolescents, and adults. Laura's comprehensive education and numerous professional certifications underscore her dedication to psychological health and counseling.

Laura offers a wide range of services to address various life challenges, including:

- Life transitions such as moving away to college, divorce, and caregiver burnout 

- Parenting support for issues like postpartum depression, relational challenges with teens, and behavior management concerns with preschoolers 

- Treatment for moderate to severe concerns including depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder

As a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, Laura employs both non-directive and prescriptive methods for younger clients, with parent consultation always available. She is also certified in trauma treatment, ensuring evidence-based care for this complex issue. Laura uses a person-centered approach with a mix of Adlerian Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, working collaboratively with clients to create tailored treatment plans. Her background as a Licensed Psychological Examiner allows her to consult professionally and knowledgeably with medical providers, ensuring a comprehensive care approach. Laura's commitment to mental health care, particularly in youth and family dynamics, makes her an invaluable addition to our team. We are excited for her to bring her comprehensive and compassionate care approach to our patients at Carriage Hill Family Care.
