Dr. Vincent Lee is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and founder of Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC in Paragould, AR. He provides full-spectrum care for all ages, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education. Raised in Forrest City and deeply rooted in Northeast Arkansas, Dr. Lee is committed to improving the health of his community through accessible, personalized care.

In addition to his clinical role, Dr. Lee serves as the County Health Officer for Greene County, where he leads public health initiatives, emergency preparedness planning, and community outreach. He is a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Arkansas Medical Society.

To expand support for patients with mental health needs, Dr. Lee is completing advanced training in Adult Behavioral Health in Primary Care through The REACH Institute, focusing on evidence-based diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use disorders, and related conditions.

Before founding Carriage Hill Family Care, Dr. Lee co-owned and directed Paragould Family Care and contributed to advanced wound care at St. Bernards Wound Healing Center. His broad experience, leadership, and patient-centered approach make him a trusted healthcare provider in the region.

Cecil Massey, MSN, FNP, APRN

Cecil Massey brings over two decades of nursing and advanced practice experience to Carriage Hill Family Care, where he has served since its opening on March 1, 2022.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Massey served from 1985 to 1991, including during Operation Desert Storm. His military background instills discipline and a strong sense of service that carries through to his patient care.

He is a member of the American Nurses Association, Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association, Sigma Theta Tau, and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Cecil’s broad clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centered care are vital to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.

Teresa Gonzalez, MSN, FNP, APRN

Teresa Gonzalez has been a valued member of Carriage Hill Family Care since its founding on March 1, 2022. With a nursing career that began in 1987, she brings decades of experience and clinical leadership to our practice.

She previously served in multiple roles at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, including ICU, ER, Med/Surg, and as House Supervisor, giving her a strong foundation for advanced practice nursing.

An active member of the Arkansas Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association, Teresa is committed to ongoing learning and delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.

Latoya Coward, MSN, FNP, APRN

Latoya Coward has over a decade of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a strong background in both pediatric and adult care. She specializes in managing acute and chronic conditions and promoting preventive wellness for all ages.

As a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Latoya is committed to high-quality, compassionate care and patient advocacy.

A Paragould resident since 2012, she is deeply involved in the community and previously served as President of the Junior Auxiliary of Paragould. She remains an active lifetime member.

Latoya has been part of Carriage Hill Family Care since its founding in March 2022 and plays a key role in shaping our practice with her clinical expertise and strong community ties.

Allyssa Beall, MSN, FNP, APRN

Allyssa Beall joined Carriage Hill Family Care on November 1, 2022. She brings a strong foundation in critical care from five years in ICU nursing and has since expanded her practice through urgent care and family medicine roles in Paragould, AR.

With additional certification in Botox Cosmetic, Allyssa provides both traditional and aesthetic care, combining clinical skill with an eye for detail and wellness.

She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Junior Auxiliary of Paragould. Her commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care makes her a trusted provider in our community.

Sara Diane Underwood, APRN, joined Carriage Hill Family Care on October 16, 2023. With a background in ICU and GI Lab nursing, she brings over a decade of experience in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Her academic journey includes an RN degree in 2013, followed by a BSN in 2015 and an MNSc in Family Practice in 2021, graduating with honors. Diane is a Certified Nurse Educator and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

An active member of Phi Theta Kappa and the Arkansas Nurse Practitioners Association, Diane is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals and families in the community.

Laura Needham-Puckett, EdS, LPC-S, RPT-S

Laura Needham-Puckett joined Carriage Hill Family Care in February 2024. With over 20 years of experience, she provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, supported by advanced training and national credentials.

She supports clients through:

- Life changes like starting college, divorce, and caregiver stress

- Parenting concerns including postpartum depression, teen relationships, and behavior issues in young children

- Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other moderate to severe mental health issues

As a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, Laura uses both non-directive and structured techniques with children, with parent involvement encouraged. Certified in trauma-focused therapy, she blends person-centered care with Adlerian and cognitive-behavioral strategies. Her background as a Licensed Psychological Examiner enables collaboration with medical providers, offering a well-rounded approach to mental health care. Laura is a valued member of our team and brings thoughtful, compassionate support to every patient.
